who's having trouble with box office and ST cards?

i dont have a smartphone and use a season ticket card, this season is proving impossible, there refusing to give me a season ticket card and had to send me a printout ticket for arsenal via e-mail. been on hold to the box office over two days on the phone for 2hrs 15mins! they say i need to go down to the box office with my phone, i work miles away from the box office!

Had no trouble getting mine. However....just a thought...some folk in the box office are also on HOL. You sort of gave yourself away in your post on the 20th August when flogging your paper ticket they had issued you as you had not got a card, and gave your ticket location away. Am sure they are reluctant to give cards to folk who let others use them. Originally posted by paceo
