I think it’s clear from our end of season that our first 11 is good…… really good! To make the next step we need 22 players who are good, hungry, fit our strategy and gel as a collective group!

It’s easy to manage a team where the first team picks itself but you can see from other clown run clubs that managing a squad is more difficult in some respects!

Step forward OG and Dougie to some extent as your jobs will be more important than the players next season!

with this chap and the roumours around Kamada etc we certainly appear to be looking at midfielders which, on paper at least, appears to be the strongest part of our squad. (although doesn't exclude it from needing strengthening)
