Well if we have numerous players out on loan he can’t be at more than one place at a time.

My expectation is that he speaks regularly to the respective players managers and possibly coaches. I would also expect him to watch videos of the players in action.

There will also be many occasions when his Palace match days do not clash with loan players games.

Just my take on it

Also, the lower leagues play more midweek games given the extra 8 games a season in a 24 team league and I've heard Bright say during Academy games that he does go to see Academy players on loan when he can.

How many 3PM Saturday afternoon games do we actually play?

Plus lots of games midweek when we are not in action but lower league clubs are.
