I agree with the ‘rest most of our first team’ due to risk of injury and no real replacements. I would start Mateta, Raki-Sakyi and have Henderson in goal. Considering the.club, or at least its manager would have liked to challenge for a top half finish, and almost certainly a cup run, this is one of those moments when you can’t help but shake your head at any such notion.

Don't think they will, too much. Their U21's have a match tonight away to Barnsley in the EFL Trophy.

Doubt we will have any youngsters in the side tonight, seeing as the U21's have their International Cup game tomorrow V Bilbao. Live on PalaceTV+

Presumably one or two for the squad at least. A few minutes won't hurt a youngster. They'd probably play every day given the chance.

God what it is to be young . . . Right, reality time. Ahamada, injured. Olise, injured. Franca, never played, injured. Ferguson, does he even exist? injured(again). Guess we'll find out at 7. After we get stuffed, HOL will be toxic, again. Blaming the players, blaming Roy, blaming Parish & blaming HOL posters

Yes, Man U are pretty crap. Yeh 3-0 after 50 odd minutes, better than our crap. This second string of ours couldn’t handle Plymouth, and it’s really no surprise United are eating them alive. It’s a non performance, this second string United side might as well be their main string , because ours are outclassed by them.
