We have skill shortages for many reasons one of the main ones being people do not want to learn those skills and another is the salary/wage those jobs payout people see as beneath them. If you want to give people who have disabilities a chance well for a start give them fair money the rates paid out are terrible and most of these people have no support in other areas either also are treated by the govt as if they are try to fraud them (The other thing a % of these people wont ever be able to work a proper job) Other people in here were going on about welfare costs the largest pay out is state pension and next is people who are working but getting top ups/child care. The likes of disability and job seekers is very small but these people are always the ones people like to go after same tactics govt use. Anyway climate change is a natural thing we have 0 evidence to show otherwise just same as many made up sciences epidemiology models to suit agendas. The planet will be here even if we are not. Yes, I'm uneducated. You got me there. I emigrated to Australia myself but returned when my partner died of cancer. Tabloid reader that's me. The skills shortage is bollocks. People can't learn? Oh, I get it. Everyone's a dumb tabloid reader and you're correct. That clears that up.

Immigration should be restricted to Europeans. Any non Europeans should only be here if they pass an IQ or genuine proven qualification standard or proven experience in a needed field. Other countries are serious about guest workers and don't let them stay beyond their visa....this country has been operated like a free lunch. Naturalization should be difficult as it is in Japan and other countries....as should be dual citizenship - outside of European status. If those rules had been followed decades ago this country would have far less problems than it has today..People can call that discrimination if they want but I don't care because it's true. The way things are going London and several cities in England are heading for the third world with rich eventually gated suburbs of mostly whites attached to them. There's no c*** in Bradford who'd do it? Although likely to have worse English than any immigrants.

Meanwhile back at the ranch. Are any of these loony protestors going to do anything worthwhile that the public can get behind. Taking on big global corporations over the amount of pollution and plastic they produce is an open goal. Just hit the bloody ball.

I have no problem with blockading global headquarters but I think a Social Media campaign is needed to get things really started. That's why they need a few high profile celebs, but why would they associate themselves with XR who the public now dislike for their stupid stunts. Perhaps you are right the public just don't care.

That person has no clue. If these really wanted to change things why not come up with realistic solutions. None of them even understand or are educated on the subject they are trying to preach about it's recycled info they come out with they are a cult which brainwash just like the vegan ideology. Greta got a lot of media attention because she is backed by powerful people that is the reason why so many of these are getting away with these stunts any normal person does this they would be in trouble.
