Looks like we could be moving towards a new ownership structure. If H&B like the idea of owning Palace outright, now is the time to strike. They can buyout Textor and Parish and Franco, giving them total control and ownership.
They can then decide everything. Who they have as a CEO. Where they take CPFC. What to do about the ground. Etc etc.
One thing for sure is that CPFC has massive potential. They would probably secure it for say £100m. If they were then to invest say £600m on a new stadium and strengthening the team, club, management etc. and if they call it right they could easily double their investment or with borrowed funds maybe x5.
Massive opportunity for someone, but a hell of a lot of work. One of the last opportunities in the Premier to get a multiple return. Bit like Bill Foley at Bournemouth.
If it happens, expect significant change.
And if H&B dont bite, someone else may, taking them out as well.

Notice you mention £100M to buy out Textor and Parish - so that’s 55% of the shares - are you suggesting the club is worth c.£200M - seems very low to me..!!

When you consider Chelsea went for £5.4Bn..!!

Not saying Palace is anywhere near that..!!

From memory Textor put up money for the academy then made £100M available for transfers - so at that rate wouldn’t even get his investment back - can’t see that working.!!

I really don’t know the answer to the question - but given Chelsea’s sale price I would have thought we would be minimum £750M..!!

Olise - release clause aside - would be minimum £80M in today’s market..!!
