I don't think there is any point in discussing the content of tabloid newspapers on an intellectual level.
They are only interested in selling copy to their target audience and that involves being controversial and politically biased.
The Mail must remain within the law with what it prints and is entitled to criticise or support anything it pleases. The fact that one doesn't agree with its sentiments is by the by. Presumably, there are many who do.

'White Christmas', what is wrong with a Christmas of Colour? Then they blame a little Spanish girl for the weather. It's just like Nazi Germany. Why do they mention this minor Christian 'festival' at all? They don't go on about dreaming of an Eid of colour do they?
