Mark Lawrenson goes with a Wigan win as well on BBC predictions.

I reckon a Wigan win as well. In all I think the Prem bets are pretty dodgy today. I'd rather go with tomorrow's:

Spurs 8/13 win v Swansea
West Brom 1/1 win v West Ham

Double = 2.2/1

Add in Arsenal on Monday night away at Reading for about 4.4/1 treble.

Kind of lost on why people fancy Wigan.

Their away form is pants and they have injuries to key defenders hence why their form is poor

Just cannot see it

Agreed. Norwich are a good bet at 13/10.

And i noticed someone has mentioned spurs to beat swansea at 8/13. Not the way i'm looking at that one, I think the away at 5/1 is bloody good value.

Wigan were very good odds at half time when 1-0 down. Something like 10/1.

Stoke were something like 14/1 when 1-0 down. Draws were decent too.

Hull 4/5 v Huddersfield
Blackpool 21/20 v Blackburn
Sheff Utd 10/11 v Tranmere
MK Dons 4/11 v Hartlepool

4fold = 9/1

It would be rude of me not to have a go on this after last weeks Hull and Ipswich shout.

None of the oppositions troubled the teams backed and clean sheets earned. 2 of them 1-0 up very early and the next not so long after. Trouble is Sheff Utd couldn't muster much with nearly 70% possession and it stayed 0-0.

Nevermind, Sheffield United at home are so unpredictable it's unreal. How much did you have on it?

Charlie, hope Barnsley give you your goal. About 25 plus injury time to get it.

Can't believe Sheff Utd's p1ss poor chance creation with nearly 70% possession but that's having a 4 team acca.

Going with a 2 or 3 result on Spurs, West Brom, Arse next. Swansea are good value but Spurs are aiming for top 4. A spread on the acca might be worth a dabble, nothing more.

It's not how much you put on which is important, it's a numbers game. Knowledge or good gut feeling is always better than impulse. Always bewilders me when people say what they're betting on followed by, 'returns £xxx.' It's not really the point to others and not the point if you keep in mind your previous bets. Unless of course you delete them from memory, therefore pointless betting more than a fiver anyway.

£60 at 3/1. Sounds like a cheap Christmas.

You're a cheap date, mate. Send us all a postcard lauding it, calling everyone muppets with your £180.

£180 is still a win, rather have that then nothing?! Was obvious Wigan wasn't going to win.

Didn't see Villa smashing Liverpool and f***ing me over tho
