Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

The actual indictment is falsifying business records with the intention to conceal information which would be damaging to an election campaign. Thus election interference as a consequence of fraudulent accounting.

Trump has given Barr a pat on the back even though he did his job which affected trump. Now that is grown up. He was on the msn news the other day and the tart interviewing Barr lost her s***. It was funny. Can’t find the link but on YouTube somewhere.

That’s what the defence is trying to suggest but the prosecution are introducing emails and witness statements that prove pretty conclusively that it was the fear of it becoming common knowledge and the impact of that on female voters which was the actual motivation.

I’m not sure how you can draw “unarguable proof” based on the testimony so far! Even CNN agree there is nothing yet to directly link Trump to the alleged crime! It will come down to a jury to validate serial liar Cohen and if they believe what he says! Despite everyone’s best intentions to send Trump to the gallows I think they will be left disappointed with tears and tantrums on full display!!

That’s why he escaped the consequences of Mueller’s investigation and why his files are now safely stored in New York where Trump cannot ever touch them. When they will see the light of day is an interesting question.
