Goodness knows what brought this back to mind, but, reading about people's favourite players from the past, I suddenly thought of that curious announcement that we used to hear at home games, normally in the second half I think. Ding-dong went the alert single, followed by "Mr Park has left the stadium". What was that all about, and why does he no longer come to games?

“That’s a joke son, I say, that’s a joke.” “Nice boy, but he’s sharp as a throw pillow.” “He’s so dumb he thinks a Mexican border pays rent” “ “Son… I say, son, some people are so narrow minded they can look through a keyhole with both eyes.”__ Forhorn Leghorn |

When I was a Kid I used to think Mr Park was one of the turnstile operators .Mr Park has left the stadium meaning no one else was getting in LOL . Later I thought it was something to do with plod giving instructions /coded message ect .
And we still need a striker |
