From what I can ascertain, Pilates is a no-brainier as a method for improving many aspects of a person’s physicality, especially for footballers.

I somehow doubt this figures in Palace’s training. Anyone here know.?

I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything.

I have mentioned this elsewhere my grandson is a data analyst at a Championship club. He mentioned that most hamstrings occur whilst flat out sprinting in a game. He mentioned that in his experience sprinting as such is rarely part of any training sessions and as such all footballers become vulnerable to this type of injury. Just a point for consideration.
